We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager with expertise in cloud technologies and asset management. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's IT infrastructure, specifically managing all software tools used for daily operations and physical assets such as laptops and smartphones. This role involves leading a small team of IT ops and help desk professionals within the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the overall IT operations and infrastructure of the company;
  • Administer and integrate various SaaS software, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zendesk, the complete Atlassian suite, and Netsuite;
  • Maintain and support Apple MacBook and iPhone devices, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity;
  • Oversee the leasing contracts for hardware acquisitions, manage hardware inventory, and facilitate regular hardware upgrades;
  • Drive the software selection and adoption processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices;
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with common regulations, compliance, and security standards such as ISO27K;
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems;
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, asset management, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and services, and hands-on experience with asset management;
  • Proficiency in administering and integrating various SaaS software, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zendesk, the complete Atlassian suite, and Netsuite;
  • Familiarity with Apple MacBook devices with macOS and iPhones with iOS, as well as other commonly used hardware and operating systems;
  • Experience in managing hardware leasing contracts, conducting hardware inventory assessments, and coordinating hardware upgrades;
  • Ability to drive software selection and adoption processes, considering industry standards, compatibility, and security requirements;
  • Understanding of common regulations, compliance, and security standards like ISO27K and GDPR;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
